Leading a healthy and productive life, given the challenges that many young people face, requires access to appropriate information and services, as well as the development of decision-making and interpersonal skills.
Ultimate Hope Foundation’s Work programs improve young people’s employability prospects by preparing them for quality jobs and helping others succeed as entrepreneurs. Ultimate Hope Foundation equips youth with life skills and technical know how, while connecting them to the mentors, internships, and job placement services they need to succeed in the job market. We also help youth employ themselves and create new jobs by training them to be entrepreneurs and linking them to the capital needed to start new businesses.
The purpose of this project is two fold. First the project provides innovative technologies to young farmers, and women groups to improve the productivity and profitability of their economic undertakings. This is done using Off-Grid Integrated Farming Hub (IFH) solution. The solution currently promotes organic manure recycled from food waste.
This project is based on modern technology and agro-entrepreneurship for women and youth smallholder farmers. We use this technology with local materials to automatically grow healthy plants without user expertise. Farmers can now produce maximum yields in small areas without using huge land spaces and 80% less water. This has enabled the beneficiary young rural farmers (agriprenuers) to achieve predictable and highly nutritious animal fodder at high yields for their animal feed at a limited cost. The farmer is not affected by seasons and adverse weather conditions with hydroponics.
